Yep you got it folks, I've done me first hot swap and it worked, one previously done in sckt A mobo is now up and running!! If any of you all get a bad flash I'll do a new chip for you for postage and the cost to me of a new chip, unless you want to post the old one to me and I can just flash that.

Also if you have any dead mobo's that dont boot I will take the chip off them, even if they came to an explosive end then aparently the bios chip survives.

Also if the mobo is not obviously done in with another fault it is always worth putting in a new bios chip b4 you throw it out, or so I am told by a chap I've met from odesa, and hes years of xperience.

Any questions then please post, you know I still struggle with xp, but then my real interest is in the hard ware I suppose....
