Just realised, I last posted on this thread in November last, --- and I am still consuming copious amounts of whiskey !
Have since dealt with Ebuyer, no problems, reasonable delivery times.
Plusnet for ADSL connection, --- BT p*ssed us around for a month, but otherwise average tech support. Fast connection now, but only 5 out of 10 for tech support. - Best to sort out problems yourself.

The OTHER Eclipse Computers (based in Sussex, not Coventry) has ceased trading! I suppose the Coventry-based Eclipse had to have some happy customers somewhere, and as things have been pretty quiet on this subject of late I'm guessing people are either a getting better service or have given up complaining. Presumably they will be at the MM computer fair at the NEC later this month?
Alan, don't forget you can rate PlusNet or any other ISP's performance on the ADSL Guide at http://www.adslguide.org, and they have forums, too!
