I have a BT Homehub and a BT VOyager 2091. The 2091 has an ethernet port, and so does one of my pcs. I was wondering if it was possible to set the 2091 to connect to the HomeHub, giving the computer access through it. Is this possible, or am I better of buying a usb stick?

Ive looked on the config page and there is an option to change the ssid, but not for the security key.

Surely it's easier to use a CAT5 from the Homehub to the PC?
The wireless adapter would be quite a simple idea too

it is possible to do what you are on about but not sure if yours will support it, it needs to be able to act as a range extender. USB device would be the best option

Hi, Im unfamiliar with either of these two devices and if your thinking of using wifi to connect the two devices I think you might be disappointed. You will proberbly need to forward the default gateway of the device you plug into your computer to the device nearest the wallport. You will also need to ensure that the dns server addresses either point to the one nearest the wallport of match the one nearest the wall port.

TBH if the devices are from BT then it might all end in tears. Be better off splashing a bit of cash on some decent hardware to match.

No it won't work.
The Voyager cannot be used as a Wireless Access Point, which is what you need.
