Im using a 'silent' coolermaster hsf. From ebuyer...this one.

Coolermaster CP5-8JD1F-0L Upto XP3200+ Silent Skt A Heatsink & Fan


Its cheap and quiet. Perhaps not the best at cooling though. I have had no problems with it. Some people spend £20-30 on HSF's. Personally i think that is too much. This one costs about £7

I got my NF7 from overclockers.co.uk for £68.38 all in, my cp5 cooler and 2400xp from Ebuyer. They are brilliant boards and really quiet coolers.
