They sound iffy. Don't think I'd buy one.

Caveat emptor ladies & gents......
Apparently they are advising that you buy it with Leopard pre-installed. it's (apparently) difficult to install and also its not guaranteed to work if you add OS X upgrades - indeed they recommend you return to base to do so.
If anyone is seriously interested in having Leopard on a PC check out www.osx86project.org and see the 'how to' and lists of supported hardware.
I'll leave all the legalities to you.....

They already are onto them. However, those that have ordered and received their machines are happy with them. They do the job just fine. The only issue is updating, which has to be done via command line.
OSX86 programmers are miffed as this psystar stole their code to do this.

The thing is, anyone who could do the necessary conversions shouldn't be buying one off the shelf, and anyone who can't shouldn't be using one at all. The hackintosh was fine as a technical exercise for the knowledgeable tinkerer, but that's where it should've stayed.
