| hey there, I have a mini DV camcorder with an S-Vid out which i can connect to my graphics card (nvidia 7800gtx) via a cable that came with the graphics card: it has nine pins on a round end connecter where it goes in and the cable splits into S-vid in, S-vid out, Y out, Pr out, Pb in, comp in. So i just connected the s-vid in to the camcorder and the nine pins end into the graphics card and turned on the camcorder and played the recording. trouble is, it's not being detected anywhere. i tried windows movie maker and Total media monitor but they don't detect it. can't find anywhere on my pc that activates that port either. anyone have a clue? I have xp home, nvidia control pannel and latest mobo and gpu drivers

| yep: says VIVO edition on the box. I'm just thinking that maybe it has to be activated somehow.
