Ok, that board uses the via KT266 chipset (maybe 266A), which wont get much above (if at all) 145Mhz FSB without falling over. I seriously doubt you'll ever get that Athlon to 333Mhz FSB, even though the cpu could take it.
To my knowledge Jetway have never really been considered as keen on o/c, so the board design and its chipset used are your limitations. If youre happy it does what it says on the tin then keep it, but if o/c is your thang then upgrade to Nforce2 or maybe KT600(if its as good at o/c as nforce)

Will bear that in mind. At least now I have a basic grasp of what overclocking involves. I will stick with my current config at present due to limited funds, but I can consider OCing requirements on future purchases.
