I'm going for the 120gb hd and 1gb ram I think. If I was going for the MSI wind I think I'd buy the advent re-badge.
Do you reckon anyone will buy 360 for the linux edition? Surely not.

| Looking at the two links you provided on the op the only difference is the 512MB version consists of 1 x 512MB sodimm and the 1GB is 2 x 512MB with a price difference of £20 You would be better getting the 512MB version and either buying another 512MB sodimm (£10) to give you the 1GB spec and saving you £10 or ripping out the 512MB and getting a 2GB sodimm kit (2 x 1GB) (£25) assuming the board supports 1GB sodimms that is To be honest I am suprised it has got two ddr2 slots considering the footprint of the unit maybe the Amazon specs are wrong

Not a big fan of taking laptops apart I tend to break them. If amazon have posted the wrong specs then I'll be sending it back. However being a cheap skate where can you get these 2gb sodimm kits from?

Double post.
Just canceled my order as having read more reviews it seems that you can't add new software to the default linux (Linpus), or even get up a terminal. Will hold out till more is known.
