darren if you wrote them all down and posted a message about doing so then why on earth not put the letters/numbers in the post.
So this message is referring to your last message about writing down the numbers and this message is to say that in your next message put the numbers in the message.

If you want to 'unlock' the chip it is possible. Some bridges need working on. Can you not get her up to 200fsb without changing the multi?

No It seems to get too 179 then it starts up ok runs for aprox 10 secs and crashes!
As my sig says its at 2192 at the moment and is very stable I was thinking of changeing the multi to 11.5 via the mobo and then seeing what I can do with the fsb bit is my Memory up to the job? The write up/ spec says the fsb is 400mhz.
I am thinking I maybe should have gone for the 3500 instead of the 3200.
I also have another question I downloaded "Sandra" yesterday and run it it tells me the cpu temp is at 22oc but my bios says 52oc and easy tune 4 tells me 51oc I would be inclined to belive the 2 that are closer than sandra, Why would the sandra prog be so far out?

Dont worry about sandra. I does have its faults sometimes with certain newer boards. Your temps are in the 50's as you suspected.
