Have just installed AverTV DVB-T TV tuner card. Installation went OK but will not open. Getting Error Code: 0 x 80400403. Has anyone any ideas what this means. I think it may be something to do with Direct X. I am running Windows 98SE.

I was using it for a door-stop, until I finally succumbed to the bin.

Since posting message, contacted Avermedia who gave me a link to download some software. I did this and now everything is working fine. Our signal strength isn't brilliant at the moment, but as we are in a poor signal area it is not surprising. Hoping to get this sorted out with new aerial.
