There is a way to do it without any use of scripting or third-party websites. But this relies on the user having an email application installed and set up correctly on their computer.
With the number of users turning to webmail services such as hotmail, then this cannot be guaranteed.
It isn't too difficult to create one using PHP, but if you do not know this language then obviously this isn't much of an option.
http://www.emailmeform.com/ is an example of a form-creation tool, and just by reading the address it is fairly obvious that the contents of the form will be emailed to you.
Good luck.

I have used this site to create a feedback form.
http://www.thesitewizard.com/wizards/feedbackform.shtml
It can create both perl and PhP scripts. Just gotta make sure your hosting site uses PhP or perl scripting
