12.5
1.45/36
mem at 4.5 ddr 2700 333
I am not really sure what those figures mean.
Basically to increase the speed of your pc you want to have a high bandwidth not necessarily a high speed.
In your case i would try to get your cpu running at 166fsb, the same as your ram. You may have to drop the multi a little to achieve this.

sorry
12.5x cpu frequency multiplier
145/36 cpu/pci frequency
4.5 cpu/memory frequency ratio
all in the bios
at these settings i have raised the speed from 1533ghz to 1.67ghz on my asus a7v333 mobo.
new to all this just wondering also if i might want to invest in a bigger psu as mine is only a 300 w

300w is probably ok for now. It depends more on the amount of kit in your rig rather that the amount of overclocking you do.
Try for 166, you may have to drop the multi to 10 or 10.5.

yea i have tried but no luck after 145/36 even lowering the multi or changing the ratio.
i think i will keep it at 1.67ghz running good at that only my 12 v level a bit high running at 13.5
cheers.

Hi all,
I have found that increasing the agp and pci buss from 66 and 33 mhz respectively makes no difference performance wise, it may even affect stability. I would lock them if I were you (if your mb alows).
What I would suggest is to determine if your cpu is "locked" ie can you change the multiplier. If you can, I would lower it to 10 or 11 etc, then I would increase the fsb slowly, as stated previously I would aim for a fsb of 166, then it would be running synchronously with your ram (good performance).
Hope this helps.

pci and agp buses are not to be messed with. its never wise to increase them as you kit can quite simply fry.
