Netstat - a bit concerened

I'm a little concerened, typing netstat shows the following

Active Connections

I was a little concerened about this and exactly what it means so I dug a little and used netstat -a -f

I don't know what most of that means but I have nothing to do with theplanet.com, instantservice.com or contextweb.com and they look a little sinister to me.

Does anyone know what it all means?

Ah, not to worry.
It appears it counts adverts in browser windows as connections.
