The Midland Amiga Group is running a national Amiga event Sat 1st November and all are invited. Entrance is cheap (£3) big named exhibitors are arranging to attend, refreshments are available as well as an after show party at the pub across the road.
The location is the most central one possible (Coventry) and we are a few minutes drive away from 2 airports, 3 motorways and 1 train station. There are B&Bs as well as hotels in the city too if you wanted to stop over.

Come along and meet new people, try out the new OS4.1 and perhaps pick up a few bargains. For more details go to the MAG website

http://www.midlandamigagroup.info/bash.htm

We look forward to seeing you there. Doors open at 1.00-1.30.

Cheers

Amigakit are our new sponsors. they will be bringing a van load of Amiga goodies all the way from Wales for all the UK Amigans to buy without having to pay postage and packing. Come and grab a bargain. They will also be bringing SAM boards AND OS4.1 for people to buy. First come, first served!

HYPERION ARE COMING!! we are honoured to have the guys from Hyperion coming along to talk to us about OS4.1. They are going to run a seminar and talk about the new features of the Amiga operating system

INDIVIDUAL COMPUTERS are coming along to run a seminar and tell us about their latest products and future plans. Come along and ask any questions that you need answering.

Colin Ward has just ported the Allegro games library and is officially releasing it at the show. He will hopefully be showing off some games that use the library.

((if anybody from Micromart would like to come along and represent the magazine and perhaps take subscriptions then you're more than welcome. Sven, if you are reading, thank you for putting the event into the magazine. Lets hope that you are free on the day and can come along and have a free exhibitors place))

@ The Editor

Thanks very much for your kind words. I feel better knowing that you are ok with the event. I didn't want you to feel as though we were trying to outdo the big bash events. Over the years MAG have loved attending and we basically wanted to continue on in the tradition.
