| Sorry about the double post but I have had great success with this method and found very little useful free information about it on the www. You either have to pay for an answer or register and that is just beyond daft. PEOPLE READ and digest the last comments please it would make my life so much less stressful.

We are currently finding the easiest way to clear a PC is to plug the HDD into another PC as a slave drive and blitzing it with Sophos, AVG and Spybot.
This works for the incredibly similar Virus Response Lab 2009 too.
