I'll repeat myself

Unfortunately in my experience it rarely works, but it's worth a go.

We are currently finding the easiest way to clear a PC is to plug the HDD into another PC as a slave drive and blitzing it with Sophos, AVG and Spybot.

This works for the incredibly similar Virus Response Lab 2009 too.

Cheers,
Tom
