How about an article showing how to build and/or upgrade on a budget. You know the sort of thing?

Some of your staff are provided with a budget with which to complete the task and the article could consist or their individual approach, preferences regarding hardware operating systems and such like. They would have to say where stuff was sourced and give a breakdown of spec. With the overall winner being the best machine produced using the available budget.

The advice and opinions expressed would give readers an insight into how it should be done. A great help for anyone upgrading or building with limited funds.

Good idea, but in fact they've done it regularly over the last few years.

From upgrading, through to assembling / buying a working PC for under £100

If you use the search from the home page, there are dozens of similar articles listed - here's one  picked at random.

it's well worth searching around, there is a mine of info. on there.
