After Frosty's wonderful advice, I have got hold of an 868point WU, its a double gromacs p2356_protein_a Is this a record? The Deadline is Aug 14th 2006, I think I can mange it

Second encouraging result so far, Doc changed his lappie over to console and got a QMD. These cores are apparently specific to Intel, requiring both SSE2 and SSE3 instructions. So far I don't know if post 3200 Venice core A64's or Sempron 64's are able to get QMD, if they are then our folding results could show an even more impressive boost than they already have. I will start a new thread for recipients of QMD cores, please post if you receive one.
