I think my 'Upload problems' might be caused by my configuration. Having read all the info on the forum, it seems that I need to add some lines to my 'client.cfg' file (I am running F@H on a CentOS Linux-based server with only remote access for set-up). My client.cfg file only contains the following inf. -
[settings] username=Techno team=46590 asknet=no machineid=3
[http] active=yes host=localhost port=8080 usepasswd=no
I need to add lines to set deadlines to 'deadlineless', Cpu usage to 50% & use cpu idle. No idead how to do this though. any help welcomed.

On windows it is this. It is possibly the same. Make a backup of the old cfg file and then paste this into the bottom [core] priority=0 cpuusage=50 disableassembly=no checkpoint=3 ignoredeadlines=yes

I eventually twigged that the Linux box was trying to connect with http flag set to active (I compared the client.cfg fiule with the windows version) all is now well. Except that the Win box looses all of its completed froms if I have to termonate the prog early.

a better way is to add the -config flag to your service startup (or justthe console exe if you are running it straight and the refilling in the config details. Remember to delete the flag afterwards tho!! EDIT: jst noticed ur running linux 'doh' 900i's post in the guid thread might advise here, the principal of the solution is th same tho.
Cheers,
Tom
