Just found out how to fix it.
From the f2 options i needed dsl vga=normal .
Once manually configured it worked fine.
Just need to set up wifi and I am off.
Will do that tomorrow.

It gets so far then I get.
giving up
x init: No such file or directory (errno2): unable to connect to x server
xinit: no such process (errno):
server error
then I am left with this prompt, dsl @ tty1(CdsIJ$
I have tried out the boot options in F2 and all give same error.
Anyone ideas?
