It varies from generation to generation.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you have a look at the stickies, they are going to be closer to what you are doing. There is no real need to practice. Unless you start adding voltage to the CPU, you can't damage the CPU. Just up the FSB slightly, test it. Repeat and rinse untill it is unstable and take it back to the last stable settings.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Test :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;AMD overclocking is different to Intel overclocking.
