Bioshock has probably the best graphics that ive ever seen followed by Gears of war on PC, COD4 is a bit too shiny for my eye's.

She is! And I am...Just hope it does not cook it's self...The vortex was well needed. The heat it blows out of the back! Sapphires dodgy stock cooler was blowing it in the case! They must have had an off day creating that card....:D

I'm enjoying COD4 and Bioshock. Been out of the gaming circle for a while and it nice to see jaw dropping graphics. :)

Thanks Mog. :) CNP8000S. It's a low profile cooler highly recommended for HTPC's. It was not my first choice for this rig though. I will replace it with a Thermaltake Golden Orb at some point. Should provide better cooling...:)

I used a GV1000 on my 9800GTX, which is great, except I had to hand make some VRM heatsinks !

I now sell packs of them if you need any though.

The Fatal1ty FC-VC9 isn't listed on the Zalman site anymore, however the specs were the same as the VF900-Cu. This has the HD3850 and HD4850 listed as compatible but doesn't mention the HD3870 or HD4870... :(

Looks like the Vortexx Neo is OK with most things, but the 4870 stock cooler is better than the Vortexx Neo. It's a good upgrade for the 4850 though.

It is very nice, but runs very warm. Currently running underclocked at 500/810 and it's at 60C on automatic fan profile.

This promises to go further. If the fan could spin faster and not be as loud, it would be great. Not sure if it is Aluminium or Copper cooler.

I bought it as my stock 3870 cooler blows hot air into my handbag. The 4870 stock cooler look great...Is it not? :)

Looks good wiz, Ive dropped the temp on my 4850 by using AS5 instead of the usual gack, The temp is 5 degrees cooler at idle and 10 degrees on full chat, Quite a good result until i get a good cooler for it.
I dont have heat issues with the 4870 though, Probably due to better case ventilation.

Wow. That looks gooood!! Might have to get one myself. My 4850 showed temps between 85 and 91 when I ran the ATI overdrive tool. Me thinks thats a little too hot.

How much are they wiz?? and are they easy to get hold of??

As pointed to by Mog I have just got one off ebay. I'll update this when it arrives. Hopefully that will make it even cooler in my bag. :)
