Our delivery in Gloucestershire have go haywire again, last week on Friday, this week none at all and nearest stock is a mile walk and no bus.

Happy days. All other mail is getting through so problem must be from collection point.

Don't get me wrong, I was frustrated when my mag didn't arrive, and when it seemed like I wasn't getting a response. My original point was that the way you worded your post came across as quite rude, when there was no need.

Feel free to post about any problems / complaints you have, just be polite about it :)

I think this is why I prefer Usenet. You don't have ‹removed see Edit› running around deleting posts, based on their 'values'.

Spike will probably delete this post as well, so I hope you manage to read it before he does.

You seemed to be getting a bit frustrated earlier in this thread at the magazines which you did not receive. Then, probably as a result of your postings, you received the missing issues. Please spare some thought for those of us who have emailed, PM'd, etc, several times and don't seem to be getting anywhere.

I don't need this aggravation, and I don't accept the argument that Royal Mail is responsible for losing 50% of my post.

I am fed up with excuses and email comments like "I'll put some extra goodies into the jiffy bag by way of saying sorry". It's now a month later, and I have no missing magazines or 'goodies'.

Tonight I cancelled the direct debit to MM and already I'm feeling better.

When it does appear to happen, like in this instance, it's almost always either to stop a discussion from turning into an argument, due to misunderstandings, or, as first impressions of this thread seem to indicate, there is deliberate rudeness / intention to disrupt.

As I didn't see your edited post, I can only guess as to what happened, or what was said, but to be fair to Spike, he doesn't generally remove a post, not unless there's a good reason.

If your original post was in response to me, feel free to either continue posting in this thread in a polite manner, or PM me and be able to let rip with both barrels, I can take it, I'm thick skinned ;).

Either way, clear the air and enjoy the forums. They're full of friendly people who will offer any help they can with most queries :)

We did send another batch of these out, but that's now the third report I've had of a magazine that went through the post and didn't make it to its recipient - I think forces somewhere are against us here!

I apologise for this - if you can fire your address back over, then this will be sorted by return.

Emailed Simon on 13th June and got a reply - but so far, have received nothing.

I am also still waiting for last week's magazine. As this week's came today, I am not holding my breath.

So in the last four weeks, two issues have been received and the other two have gone missing.

I'm getting pretty pissed off at this situation. Either you do something about it, or I will.

I have now received a reply from Simon and he fully admitted that the service (in relation to my missing mag) was not good enough. That's not an easy thing to do and I thank him for his honesty and lack of BS.

That in itslef is enough to make me reconsider my desicion when the time comes.

Been over a week since my reply was sent to Simon and nothing.

I'm not happy. I wouldn't accept this from any other company that I haid payed money to for a service and I wont accept it any more.

I'm sorry to say that Micro Mart/ Dennis Publishing will never see any of my money again.

I love the magazine and will miss it but I feel strongly that I have been very badly delt with, enough is enough.

It may be some kind of postal issue this week. I had a next day delivery item turn up a day late through the Royal Mail.
