Sorry: we did pick this up before the magazine went to print, and resent the page. But it seems the 'old' version got printed. The curse of the crossword ends next week, and again, my apologies.

Is there a secret gremlin out there set on ruining the X Word??? This time round the grid is fine as are the Across clues but the Down clues stop half way through Clue 6... Or is life just telling me to get on with 'useful' things (like reading the mag ;))
