I would.... but I happen to be a mere 1,235 miles away at that time.
according to Google maps, I could make it from Rome to Bletchley in 19 hours and 20 minutes, but I don't fancy the journey...

Hi all

I will be visiting Bletchley Park in July, if anyone would like to meet up that would be great. The new H block, with Colossus will be open by July, and there may be a chance for a talk by Tony Sale. If people are interested could you post back here as I will need to book the group in advance, details are

Date:- Saturday 14th July 2007
Time:- 1.00pm
Meeting Place:- Bletchley Park Car Park
Ticket Price:- Adults £10, Students £8 (with a valid ID card)
Car Parking:- £3

If people are willing to car share could they post their UK location and route details, if interested in a lift please pm the person and work it out between yourselves.

There will be a drink and chat in the George Pub at 5.00pm (unless I'm on my own:P). Unfortunately this is the only date that I can do this, if you want to change things then organise it yourself :w00t:

One last thing is how do we recognise each other in the car park (rolled up MM in left hand, with the password "She only whistles every other Sunday") any ideas :cool:

I can pick-up people from south Birmingham and Warwick/Leamington area.

Any rugby match involving Bristol and Gloucester is guaranteed to see a mini MM day out.
Well me and BJM at least :P

Next one is Sat 28th April when Gloucester will be playing us at their new Home ground - Ashton Gate :P
For those that don't know Ashton Gate is Bristol Spitty's ground.
As a life long Rovers fan I can put up with the idignity of going to Trashton Gate to see us stuff the Cherry and Whites again :D

It will be a cracking match - local derbys always are - but this will have the added spice of fighting for a top 4 finish that gets you into Europe.
Plus the co-owner of the Robins pub is a good customer of mine so serious drinking session wont be a problem :P
Probably the only time I'll be able to get away with wearing blue in a Bristol City pub ;)

If anyone is interested let me know as tickets will need to be bought, accommodation arranged etc.
I do all the IT for Bristol Rugbys training ground so getting hold of tickets shouldn't be a problem - given some notice :P

Saturday would be preferential, I feel if it was a Friday the majority of servers in large companies would be unattended for even longer than the obligatory 3 hour pub lunch.
