Which version of IE are you running? It's only a .pdf document. If you can't open it at all, PM me with your address and I'll print it off for you!

Right, firstly, My KG7-RAID is running an Athlon XP2000+, and will take up to a 2400+ with the right BIOS update. XP266+`s are not supported, sorry. Secondly, I`ve sorted my IE crashing problem, with PCmedik, and I can see it fine now, thanks for the offer, Adrianhants, it`s much appreciated. Now to see how to overclock my new 2000+, he he ....

Keeping you posted now!! I have bumped up my FSB to 142 (any further and it has read/write errors on load up , even with the info list someone posted! But with that and the increase in my GPU clock to 265Mhz, and my Graphics Mem clock to 481Mhz, my 3DMark2001SE score has gone from :

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=5768644

to :

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=5773301

So a nice improvement there! I also removed 256Mb of memory, after finding out that some of my PC`s instability problems might be stemming from the fact that one stick of 256 has a 2ns Latency, and the other has a 2.5ns Latency...so the 2.5 had to go!!!
Anyway, to work I go, [Cry]

my kg7 raid makes it to 148fsb fine and stable with crucial ram 2.5cl set to 2cl and an athlon 1ghz, elsa gf2mx and sonic fury sound, but it will not post at all with 149fsb. However with a cheapy soundcard and an athlon 1600xp the unit will not boot at over 142 fsb (but it will post) but I have not the time or inclination to find out the culprit :-(

The KT333 chipset certainly isn't bad but the new Nforce2 is certainly better

The limtations with AMD760 & KT266/266a usually ends up being the PCI/AGP speeds ,as there is no 1/5 divider for the PCI on these chipsets.

I've also got Cruicial PC2100 CL2.5 (not ns ) ,its running at 152MHz at CAS 2-2-2-6 on my KT266a mbrd

Increasing the precharge control (think thats what its called!) from 5 to 6 allowed me to increase FSB from 145 to 152MHz.
Also my RAM voltage is at 2.65v (default for Asus A7V266-E!)

lol ,no!

Unlocking the XP Palminos is a PITA ,it involves filling in near microscopic pits on the cpu surface with an insulator & then joining some very small pairs of gold dots together with silver conductive paint.

Read this guide for a detailed explanation
http://www.tomshardware.com/howto/20011112/

One thing ,do NOT use superglue as he says ,I've discovered to my cost how difficult it is to remove if you mess up!.Instead use a Silicon sealant
Btw you don't need a specialist kit to do it ,here's what you need

Mini pot of Silver conductive paint (from a Heated rear window repair kit from a Motor factors)about £8
Small tube of Silicon Sealant (again can be had from a Motor factors)
One sharp pencil (to use as a brush, pin doesnt work)
One magnifying glass
One pin (to GENTLY scrap off any excess paint)
A steady hand
A bright overhead light casting no shadows on the cpu
Some IPA,meths or other solvent to clean off cpu surface
