Hi All

I have just got a JVC camcorder and it uses Tapes (VHS-C) and I want ot be able to transfer to PC instead of keeping tapes.

What do I need and what is the best way to achieve this?

It has audio video connections in the camcorder to connect to the Tv.

Thanks Guys

Hello. You will need something like this. http://tinyurl.com/2lzlj6 I use a different adapter than the one shown. I also use Nero7 or Power director to burn to disc. Hope it helps.

Well you could either upgrade one of your machines with a X800 all-in-wonder card (£24 at Aria http://tinyurl.com/22hskz , one of the cheaper options) this should come with everything you'd need to capture analogue video (I had the first genereation Radeon All-in-wonder cards) or there's the Dazzle Video Creator (£44 also at Aria, http://tinyurl.com/24ykzh ) the Dazzle also comes with some basic video editing and DVD creation software as well.
