Can someone tell me what I have missed? I signed up thinking it was just BB (silly me for not reading) although I had half noticed the free weeekend calls but knew ma and pa had them already with BT. The folks just got a letter from BT saying were sorry to loose your custom?

Have we now changed phone provider? I take it we still keep the BT line as it stated we need one? Do we keep the same phone number? Could I just have the BB and put the phone back to BT?

Pop ain't pleased although if the above has happened he should be as I now foot the phone bill...

You missed the fact that Tiscali weren't a good ISP to choose.

http://www.tiscali.co.uk/products/?code=ZZ-NL-11GK

According to that, £6 is just the BB, £14 is for BB and phone and £25 for that and a TV package.

You sure you haven't signed to the wrong package?

Check your T&Cs to see if there is a cooling off period in which you can cancel (or get them on the phone and say theres a mistake)
