I still foresee the same problems. What if one person doesn't deliver on time, for whatever reason? The other two are shafted.

I would be willing to wright a short one or two page article asking people to fold and keep folding as well as compiling a list of people's personal milestones if someone would tell me were I could get the information. I could also say how the team is standing as a hole.

I think spike09 does the personal milestones on this site and EOC Stats and Kakao Stats have good, detailed information on the team.
It is also worth looking on the Folding@Home website (folding.stanford.edu) for the latest news on folding.
