| Well, you could try www.samknows.com, as they are pretty good at updating the list of soon to be available dates... If you put in your postcode or BT phone number (doesn't work on LLU numbers like talk talk) it will give you a list of available providers, prospective dates for others, or tell you if there is no date known for availability, in which case don't hold your breath, it could be donkeys...

Well I for one wouldn't recommend Virgin broadband, I had terrible speed issues, dropped connections, etc
Some evenings I was lucky to get 100kbps, other times I couldn't connect at all.
Moved over to Be, about 14months ago, what a difference, not one problem, and a consistent 3.85mb conection, not bad considering my distance from the exchange

| The only other one Samknows lists is Smallworld Media Cable... never heard of them apart from on Samknows... I second the Be recommendation, by all accounts one of the better providers in the UK...

| Just had a quick look, and it appears you are stuck with BT only ADSL in that area - no prospective dates at all for any other providers... If you see an ISP other than BT listed anywhere, they are simply BT resellers, but you may get a better deal on price than directly from BT... Sorry...
