I'd set the ram to its specification in the bios manually. Then just keep increasing the fsb and testing with Orthos until you find instability. Then you can tinker with voltages.

It's very hard to kill a cpu as the thermal throttling will protect it.

Edit: You may need to set a divider for the ram if it goes to out of spec.

All in a Thermaltake Handbag...

Hello, I have the same CPU and mine is at 3.2ghz(vcore 1.3625 in bios)with the ram ratio 1/1 @ 800mhz, Its a very good overclocker. If your temps are ok you can increase the FSB to 400, set memory freq @ 800mhz manually(set the timings manually as well) without having to touch the vcore(sometimes on auto it is set to high), Disable cpu spread spectrum and pci e spread spectrum if it applies to your board(mines an asus, not sure about abit).

My advice is to have the memory at 1/1 ratio, If you take your FSB back to the stock 333, set the memory at 667mhz and take the overclock from there. Ive had mine at 3.4 stable with the memory at 425mhz with my real temps showing at 44 degrees full load, you cant go wrong with an E6750.

warm regards
