In the last three months, three issues of the magazine have not been delivered.
I can put up with the uncertainty of not knowing whether the magazine will arrive on a Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat, but when it doesn't arrive at all, I am starting to lose patience.
I've never had a problem subscribing to either Computer Shopper or Custom PC, they both arrive like clockwork.
Subscribing to MM is supposed to save me money - or, at least that's what the advert said. At this rate, subscribing is costing me 20% more than if I bought it in a shop.
I have repeatedly searched the site for a way of reporting this problem, but your 'contact us' section only appears to be interested in hearing from people who want to advertise in the magazine.
I don't want to cancel my subscription, but at this rate, you are leaving me with no other option.
