No you're not. It's the port that is monitored, the firewall doesn't give a stuff where the traffic comes from.
In industrial grade kit this is different though.
You can say allow traffic on this port only from a specific IP address or subnet etc.

I'm concerned by the image you presented.
Please don't tell me you set the IP of the PC or router to 192.168.1.0
