Hi Everyone read the article and just thought I should the share the following 2 laptops.............

1.    Dell 15"   Evalue Code N0615108     http://configure.euro.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?b&c=uk&cid=5213&cs=ukbsd1&dgc=AF&l=en&lid=122757&oc=N0615108&s=bsd&sbc=rf_spider&fb=1

2.    Dell 17"  Evalue Code N0617110      http://configure.euro.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?b&c=uk&cid=5213&cs=ukbsd1&dgc=AF&l=en&lid=122757&oc=N0617110&s=bsd&sbc=rf_spider&fb=1

I phoned and purchased one using the E-Value code asking for Vista Home Premium instead of Business and they took another £27 off..WOW

Just ran through the options for the first one and it came out at £292!

I'm gonna hide my cards, or I'm having one...

Yup, my Dell Vostro is wonderful. I got it in January before they dropped the 8600M GT. Now it's only the 8400, however if you try and select the 8400 it complains of an incompatibility, so I'm not sure what is happening there.

Solidly built aswell, a few of us bought them about that time

Nothing wrong with the Vostros, they're our big secret
However, I think this one is hard to beat at £399 inc delivery http://tinyurl.com/5d9pc4

Got one in for a customer this week and have to say it'll probably do all I want out of a "PC".
The screen is absolutely gorgeous and the kb is nice to type on too.
But you can't tinker with it, so I'll keep my PC
