Hi
For a while I have been hosting my site on free webspace, and used smartgb as the guestbook.
I've now move to a paid for service, which includes various scripts etc. including a guestbook, and was thinking of substituting the free one for my own. Before I do any more, is there any easy way that anyone knows of to import the smartgb guestbook into my own?

SmartGB looks to be mySQL based, so short of contacting their Admins and asking for the files (unlikely), I can't really see it being possible.
Your best bet might be to use a frameset on your website in order to open the current guestbook in a new tab/window while still showing your own domain URL in visitors' browsers, thus:
Edit: Ugh, the forum software here ate my code. Anyway, http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/present/frames.html will do it. Feel free to PM me for more specific help if needed.
