It was getting a little toasty in amongst the lippy etc so I did what Thermaltake should have done. More fans!!! There is a pic attached below.  
Hopefully these will cool all three major heat sources cpu/vga/chipset as well as cool the ram.

| I'll look into the key rings...Shoes? Adidas velcro fastened jobbies. It has knocked 12 degrees of my cpu temp under load. It maybe cooler today though. The test will be constant gaming at some point this week.

I can tell you - Just because something has a handle on it does not make it portable! (My old bass amp springs to mind). Everyone who picks it up has a shock...Ways a fair bit.
