I installed the cooler and it's easy except there were a set of jumper to the rear of the board where the exhaust is that got in the way with the cooler. They very nearly damaged my card. I managed to bend them out of the way and all seems well.

Not sure if this effects any of the 4XXX series cards.

Intel e7200 @ 4.0GHz (4.32GHz SuperPi(e)) Lapped
Asus P5E-VM (Vdroop pencil modded)
4Gb Patriot Pc6400 4-4-4-12
250Gb Samsung Spinpoint
Sapphire ATI 3870/Akasa Vortexx Neo

Temps???!!!!

I've read of people using it on the 4850 so it can't be too much of an issue. Worthy upgrade for a 4850 it sounds to be.

Any help?

Cheers, Slipstreem.

System specs: "Phoenix" - Intel C2D E4500 overclocked to 3GHz with ACF7Pro HSF on Volt-modded ASRock 775Dual-VSTA mobo (modded BIOS rev 3.10A and VNB=1.65, Vagp=1.8), 2x1GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 RAM (3.0,3,3,8,1T @546MHz), Sapphire ATI HD3870 512MB GDDR4 PCIe graphics card overclocked to 850MHz GPU & 2.4GHz RAM. Powered by Hiper Type-M 580W PSU. Guess who likes overclocking on a budget.
