Well, do you like Linux then? What open source Linux app has particulary impressed you? I can start the ball rolling by saying how knocked out I was by the Xine media player. I use it for playing DVD's & the results are stunning.

I've been using Linux for a few years, and WINE still amazes me! I've just bought the CCNA books, and the CDs that came with them work flawlessly with WINE, with no fiddling or changing config file parameters, etc. Fantastic. MPlayer would also feature very highly at the top of my list.
