I`ve been thinking I cant see there been any sort of hardware platform for the amiga in the future (unless open source hardware becomes a reality) but I believe the amiga can survive as a cross platform operating system (ala linux) that way it can take advantage of the latest developments in hardware with out the agony of hopeing some one else will do it. it would be interesting to see wether the amiga will survive on the amiga or mac platforms. who knows if linux becomes every thing that it hoped it would`nt then we would have a new alternative
