How about a regular Mac section? If it was produced by someone who also knows the PC, it could offer invaluable networking/transfer tips to those who use both...

We ran a regular Mac slot around 3-4 years ago, and it simply got no response and little interest. Usually when we remove a section or page, we get some degree of feedback on the decision, but noone even seemed to notice it had gone!

At this stage, we will cover Mac from time to time, but I'm not sure the support is there to make it a regular page.

Greetings,

I would like to see a Mac column, but real Mac users are probably too elitist to read what is considered to be a PC magazine.

Perhaps a RISC, PPC and/or Atari ST/Falcon column would go down better?

Shaun.

I dont think you should dilute the mag further. Surely a dedicated mac or linux mag is better for those guys interested in such.

Amiga always seems to generate a wealth of response, whereas Mac never did. That was backed up when we did reader research as well.

As I said though, if there's enough demand for a regular Mac column...

Sorry, I really don't know anything about older Apple computers, and currently don't have enough time to do a good enough amount of research for such an article. Perhaps a job for Gordon?

Shaun.
